AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY:

All jewelry is made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner and in some cases we might have order in stock. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice.
We truly appreciate your support. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept refunds or returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact more@zeropointjewelry.com to discuss your particular situation. 
In some cases we will allow exchanges.
 

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated through USPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

REPAIRS: 3 Repair Options 

No international repairs unless the customer is willing to pay shipping fees. Most jewelry will last up to 1 one year or longer without breaking if worn correctly.

  • We offer FREE repairs within 30 days of purchase in the U.S.A for one bracelet, anklet, ring, or necklace of choice from your order. All we ask is to pay the one time shipping fee with your preferred mailing method and all expenses including missing beads will be covered. Please include all beads in a small drawstring bag or rap in plastic to secure all the beads.   • After 30 days pass a $7 fee excluding shipping will be charged to repair and replace all missing beads. Shipping the bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring back to supplier (Zero Point Jewelry®) will be the customer's responsibility at their preferred mailing method. For more information email us! 
  • Pay a one time $20 fee for 1 year warranty and we will repair and replace any missing beads/clasp. Up to 3 replacements within the 1 year warranty. Email us for more information!
